Steve Wolinski

Organizational Development Consultant

As an organizational development consultant, Steve facilitates change and growth from the “micro” level (executive coaching, team development) to the “macro” level (organizational change, succession planning). Working with emerging to senior-level leaders, his priority is actionable and measurable outcomes. He excels in helping clients leverage core strengths through a collaborative approach, finely tuned to align with the organization’s vision, goals, and strategy. Combining psychology and business expertise, Steve leverage various tools to measure factors crucial for business success, such as employee engagement, leadership potential, and change readiness.

Steve holds a BA in political science and a graduate certificate in counseling from the University of Minnesota, an MS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and pursued a PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Tilburg/Taos Institute, with advanced training in appreciative inquiry, narrative, and solution-oriented methodologies.

Beyond consulting for mid-size to large enterprises, Steve has a history of involvement with non-profit, academic, faith-based, and non-governmental entities, serving as a board member, consultant, and volunteer. He has also contributed to education as adjunct faculty at various colleges, including the University of Minnesota, teaching courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. In his free time, you’ll find Steve hiking, biking, immersed in a good book, enjoying music, and cherishing moments with his new granddaughter, Phoebe.
