Fundamentally different model. EO, Vistage, and YPO host their own fixed cohorts—you join their group. VisionOne designs and facilitates peer groups for companies, associations, and cross-industry leaders. We build the group around your context: smaller (8–12 vs. 15–20+), precisely matched, and facilitated by experienced business leaders, not trained volunteers. Plus, we connect groups across industries through quarterly cross-group sessions—something fixed-cohort programs can’t offer. The 92% renewal rate speaks for itself.
How do you match members? Are competitors ever in the same group?+
Every prospective member goes through a personal interview. We match on role, company revenue, growth stage, and personality fit. Competitors are never placed in the same group. If we cannot find a good match for you in an existing group, we will not place you until we can. We would rather have the right fit than fill a seat.
What happens in a typical monthly session?+
Sessions run from roughly 8am to 3pm. They start with an accountability check-in on last month's commitments. Then members take turns in the hot seat, presenting their most pressing challenge. The group provides facilitated advice, pushback, and alternative perspectives. We include expert content or a guest speaker. Every session ends with specific written commitments that get tracked next month.
Is the 1:1 coaching included, or is it separate?+
It depends on the path. Peer Group Membership is the group-only format. The Group + Coaching package includes monthly 1:1 coaching sessions as part of the membership. Executive Coaching is also available as a standalone engagement. If you are not sure which path fits, start with a discovery call and we will help you decide.
What is the time commitment?+
One full-day group session per month (typically 8am–3pm). If you are on the Group + Coaching path, add one 90-minute coaching session between meetings. That is roughly 12–15 hours per month. Members consistently say it is the single highest-ROI time investment they make.
